Shenzhen Manba Intelligent Co., Ltd. (“YoNest,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) understands the importance of your personal information and will make every effort to protect it. This Policy applies when you use the YoNest application (the “App”) and YoNest infant sleep monitoring products and services (collectively, the “YoNest Services”). It explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal information, and how you may exercise your related rights.
Please read this Policy carefully before using the YoNest Services. By starting to use the YoNest Services, you indicate that you understand and agree to this Policy.
I. Information We Collect
1. Account Information
YoNest only supports registration and login via email. We only collect:
• Email address
• Password
The email address is used for account verification, password recovery, abnormal alerts, and important communications. We do not collect nicknames, avatars, third-party account information, or other account profile data.
2. Infant Information
Because the YoNest Services are used for infant sleep monitoring, you, as the infant’s parent or guardian, need to provide:
• Infant nickname
• Date of birth
• Gender
We only collect the three items above. We do not collect other infant information such as weight, height, or sleep habits. You confirm and warrant that you are the infant’s parent or legal guardian and have the right to consent to our collection and use of the infant information.
3. Infant Sleep and Physiological Data
The YoNest infant sleep monitoring mat connects to the App via Bluetooth and collects:
• Heart rate
• Respiratory rate
• Body movement
• Asleep/awake status
• In-bed/out-of-bed status
The above data is used to generate sleep reports, health trend analysis, and abnormal alerts. Infant heart rate, respiratory rate, and similar data are sensitive personal information, and we will adopt strict encryption and protection measures.
4. Device, Network, and Gateway Information
To ensure service operation and connection to the monitoring mat and gateway, we collect:
• Device model and operating system version
• Device identifiers (such as IMEI, Android ID, IDFA, OAID, etc.)
• Device MAC address
• IP address
• App version
• Network type (Wi-Fi, cellular, etc.)
• Bluetooth information (for connecting to the sleep monitoring mat)
• Wi-Fi information (for connecting to the YoNest gateway)
• Gateway device identifier, connection status, network configuration information, and gateway operation logs
5. Log Information
To ensure service stability, we collect:
• Crash logs
• Performance data
6. Customer Service and Feedback Information
When you contact customer service or submit feedback, you may provide contact information, problem descriptions, and related screenshots.
II. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
• Provide, maintain, and improve the YoNest Services;
• Create and manage accounts;
• Connect to the sleep monitoring mat via Bluetooth to collect and analyze infant sleep and physiological data;
• Connect to the gateway via Wi-Fi to enable data synchronization and remote viewing;
• Generate sleep reports and health trend analysis;
• Send you abnormal alerts via Aurora Push when an abnormality occurs with the infant;
• Respond to customer service requests and feedback;
• Ensure service security and prevent fraud and abuse;
• Comply with legal and regulatory requirements;
• Fulfill other purposes with your consent.

We conduct security assessments on the Aurora Push SDK and require it to process personal information in accordance with this Policy and applicable laws and regulations, and not to use the information for other purposes.
IV. Sharing, Transfer, and Public Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information.
Except in the following circumstances:
• With your explicit consent;
• Sharing necessary information with affiliates or authorized partners (such as Aurora Push) for abnormal alerts;
• As required by laws and regulations or by administrative or judicial authorities in accordance with law;
• In the event of a merger, acquisition, or bankruptcy liquidation, the new holder will be required to continue to be bound by this Policy.
We may share, transfer, or publicly disclose personal information without prior consent in the following circumstances:
• Directly related to national security or national defense security;
• Directly related to public security, public health, or major public interests;
• Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and enforcement of judgments;
• To protect the life, property, or other major lawful rights and interests of you or other individuals where it is difficult to obtain consent;
• Information you have disclosed to the public yourself or that is collected from lawful public channels;
• Other circumstances provided by laws and regulations.
V. Storage and Protection
Personal information collected and generated by us within the People’s Republic of China is, in principle, stored within China.
We protect personal information through measures such as encrypted transmission, encrypted storage, de-identification, and access control. Infant physiological data is stored with additional encryption.
We retain information only for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes of this Policy, and will delete or anonymize it after the retention period expires.
In the event of a security incident, we will promptly notify you in accordance with law and report to regulatory authorities.
VI. Your Rights
You have the right to:
• Access your account information and infant information;
• Correct inaccurate information;
• Delete personal information;
• Withdraw consent;
• Cancel your account;
• Obtain a copy of your personal information;
• Request an explanation of, and refuse, automated decision-making.
You may make requests through the settings in the App or the contact information at the end of this Policy. We will respond within 15 working days, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations.
VII. Protection of Minors and Infant Information
The YoNest Services are mainly intended for adults (parents or guardians of infants). We do not intentionally provide services directly to minors.
In accordance with the Provisions on the Cyber Protection of Children’s Personal Information and other applicable laws and regulations, we adopt special protection measures for infant information:
• We collect infant information only with the explicit consent of you as the parent or guardian;
• We do not use it for purposes unrelated to sleep monitoring;
• We do not share it with third parties unless we obtain your explicit consent or as required by laws and regulations;
• We adopt additional measures such as encryption and access control;
• If you discover that infant information has been collected without consent, please contact us immediately, and we will delete it as soon as possible.
VIII. Cross-Border Transfer
In principle, personal information collected and generated by us within China is stored within China. If cross-border transfer is truly necessary, we will obtain your consent in accordance with law and ensure that the information receives equivalent protection.
IX. Policy Updates
We may update this Policy from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you through in-app notices, email, or other means. Continued use indicates acceptance of the updated Policy.
